İzmit Factory

This facility includes chassis construction, gearbox manufacturing, state-of-the-art painting units, and steel raw material storage areas.

Gearbox Maintenance and Repair

The gearboxes of parallel twin-screw extruders with diameters up to 90 mm are manufactured within Mikrosan.

Gearbox gears and consumable materials are stocked in sufficient quantities, ensuring rapid response to both production and service needs.

Part Manufacturing

High-precision and efficient part manufacturing is carried out using new-generation technology machines.

Construction

This facility, equipped with a strong infrastructure, performs cutting and bending operations of all types of metal sheets, pipes, and profiles, and manufactures machine chassis and parts using appropriate welding techniques.

Painting Facility

Sandblasting, sanding, priming, flash-off, painting, and baking processes for machine chassis and parts are performed in this modern, state-of-the-art painting facility.

Raw Material Storage

A large-capacity area where all manufactured machines, parts, and screw–barrel raw materials are stored.
